About Rachel Levy

Rachel Levy has more than 10 years of experience in the dispute resolution field.  Since receiving her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School, she has worked as a mediator in the private sector, as well as for the Maryland Attorney General’s Office and Jefferson County Mediation Services. 

While in Maryland, she helped to create a mediation program for the Baltimore City Court system that allowed indigent clients to utilize pro bono mediators for faster and more effective dispute resolution.

In addition to her work in the mediation field, Rachel is also an accomplished musician, performing all over the world alongside her husband, Mack Bailey.  As a native to Aspen, she enjoys all it has to offer, and finds solace in its abundant beauty.  When she’s not working, you might find her skiing, hiking, biking, or spending time with her husband and son.
